The best book I have seen for law students on the subject and for those who have to enforce the Laws of the sea in practice. The subjects are very well structured and yet explains the law issues rather comprehensively and the development of law, as well as Law ofthe sea book lighting most of the weaknesses of the specific articles in e.g.
the Law of the Sea Convention, the previous conventions and /5(10). The International Law of the Sea: Second Edition Good update to the authors' first edition, but a few typos remain.
